How SiGmatry collects, uses, and protects your personal information.

Effective: March 15, 2026 · Last Updated: March 15, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how SiGmatry ("the Platform", "we", "our", or "us") collects, uses, and protects personal information when users access or interact with the SiGmatry platform. SiGmatry is an AI-powered market analysis platform designed for educational and informational purposes. Protecting user data and maintaining transparency about how information is handled are important parts of our service.

1. Information We Collect

When you use SiGmatry, we may collect several categories of information necessary to operate and improve the platform.

Account Information
Basic account information collected through Google Sign-In (OAuth authentication) may include your name, email address, and profile image. SiGmatry does not collect or store account passwords — authentication is managed directly by Google.

Platform Usage Information
To provide core functionality, we may collect usage-related data such as generated market analyses, selected instruments or markets, selected timeframes, and platform interaction timestamps. This information helps improve platform performance and analytical models.

Technical and Device Data
For security and operational monitoring, we may collect browser type, operating system, device information, and IP address. This helps detect suspicious activity and maintain service reliability.

Payment Information
Subscription status and usage credit balances may be stored within the platform. All payment processing is handled by secure third-party payment providers. SiGmatry does not store credit card numbers, banking credentials, or sensitive payment details.

2. How We Use Information

Collected information may be used to operate and maintain the SiGmatry platform, manage user accounts, subscriptions, and usage credits, store historical analysis generated by users, send service-related communications such as billing updates, improve analytical models and platform performance, and monitor system security and prevent abuse.

SiGmatry does not sell personal information to advertisers or data brokers.

3. Data Storage and Security

User data is stored using Google Firebase infrastructure with controlled database access rules, encrypted connections, and authentication-based data isolation to ensure only you can access your own data. While we implement industry-standard safeguards, no internet-based system can guarantee absolute security.

4. Third-Party Services

SiGmatry relies on trusted third-party services to operate core platform features. These providers may process limited data necessary to perform their functions. Each provider operates under its own privacy policies.

  • Google Firebase — Authentication and database infrastructure
  • Anthropic Claude API — AI analysis generation
  • TradingView — Embedded financial charts
  • Lemon Squeezy — Subscription and payment processing

5. Data Retention

User account information is retained while an account remains active. Historical analysis data generated by users may be stored for platform functionality and user reference unless a deletion request is submitted. Users may request deletion of their account and associated data at any time.

6. User Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access personal information stored about you, correct inaccurate data, or request deletion of your account and associated information. Requests can be submitted by contacting the SiGmatry support team at [email protected].

7. Cookies and Local Storage

SiGmatry uses minimal browser storage technologies such as localStorage to remember basic user interface preferences (for example, dark mode settings). The platform does not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking technologies.

8. International Users

Users may access the platform from different countries or jurisdictions. By using the platform, users acknowledge that information may be processed or stored in locations where the platform's infrastructure providers operate.

9. Policy Updates

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory changes. When significant updates occur, users may be notified through email or notices displayed on the platform.
